Here is a very interesting concept of Willcom and Toshiba, the Willcom NS.

This PDA phone is stuck in the middle Filofax elegantly blend the two Hi-tech and old school note tracking.

The Willcom NS, better known as WS026T is made by Toshiba and powered by Windows CE 5.0, has 235MB of internal memory and can hold up to 16GB microSD cards. NS 4.1 (480×800) touch screen, the Wi-Fi B and G. The applications are named here Jiglets base and provide you with features like RSS feeds, notes … The NS can be removed from its cradle and Filofax be used as a simple PDA

Like any Willcom Devices, the use of the NS WSIM technology and only works on the Japanese PHS mobile network.
Finally, if I ever use this in May NS, I must confess that I really like the idea of a PDA stuck in a Filofax, and I am sure this will attract many potential customers.
