Samsung has finally launched the eReader E6 for the U.S. market. Priced at $ 299 each, the gadget is equipped with a 6-inch E ink display at 600 x 800 with 8-gray scale for better readability, front speakers integrated text Samsung-to-speech (TTS) technology, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0.
